Following the visit of Israel Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu, President Trump announced changes at Camp David.

Mr. Trump plans two changes to make Camp David more useful .

First, the camp needs an airport.  Until now only the President has been able to get there quickly using the Marine One helicopter.  That works for foreign leaders too but not for the large Trump family.

Second, because Mr. Trump’s daughter is Jewish, and he wants the family to gather on weekends, there s need to do with the prohibition against use of cars on the Jewish Sabbath.  Mr, Trump plans to add an onsite synagogue within walking distance of Ivanka, her husband Jared Kushner and their children,

Commander Moise Shulman, a Navy Chaplain, will be assigned to the Camp as chaplain to conduct the Saturday services for the Kushner family and any other Jews staying at Camp David.  Rabbi Shulman noted, “Building a Synagogue at a place named for King David” seems especially appropriate.”

Muslim groups and Christian groups objected that there needs are not being served.  Rabbi Shulman issred a statement that the synagougue would eb interdenominational.
