The black guy (top) toted a toy gun in a Walmart store. The white guy (bottom) carried a loaded shotgun on the streets of Aurora, Colorado, and refused to identify himself to police.
If you guessed the guy on top, you’re right! The guy on the bottom was only charged with misdemeanor obstruction.
