Wallace Stanfield Lane, aka Stan Lane (photo, left), is off the hook.
New DNA testing conclusively proves that Lane, a former pro wrestler (bio here), is not Lauren Boebert’s father (see story here).
He did have a fling with Boebert’s mom around that time, and she pursued him for child support, but a 1990 paternity test established his innocence.
However, after the technician who handled the test was caught switching samples in another case, mom and daughter continued to suspect Lane was behind the dirty deed. The new test proves he wasn’t. What’s more, 
She doesn’t even look like him.
While DNA rules Lane out, it hasn’t ruled anybody else in. It would be easy enough to test other suspects if there were any, but Boebert’s mom either doesn’t know who she slept with or isn’t saying, and nobody is coming forward to take responsibility for this disruptive act of paternity.
For the record, she doesn’t look like me, either — just compare the photos — plus I can account for my whereabouts at the time. Inflicting Boebert on the world isn’t something I would do.
Boebert claims both her parents were Democrats. Maybe her mom was, but how can she say that about her father, when she doesn’t know who he is? This just looks like another attempt by Boebert to blame Democrats for everything bad that happens.
