The gun lobby wants us to believe that the presence of good guys with guns will prevent tragedies from happening. Now in Texas the gun nuts have even made it legal to be armed in college classrooms. Really?
Now, the radical Republicans are refusing to even meet with a SCOTUS nominee who they believe might overturn the interpretation of the Second Amendment that they claim gives citizens the right to be as well armed as a soldier in Iraq.
Imagine what would have happened if Reagan’s assassin had thrown an RPG?
