This is a historic achievement that rivals Teddy Roosevelt’s break up of the trusts. If successful, Comcast would have controlled 60% of the broadband in the US, in many areas of the country becoming the sole source of TC\V and web!  AND .. that access was already intermingled with Comcast’s already owning NBC and several other “content providers!”
