BREAKING NEWS: Russians Fake Time Cover!

TA Contributor, Mark Adams, has discovered that the “person of the Year” announcement by Time Magazine was a fake news output.

The original and corrected cover, released jointly by Time, Inc. and TA, shows the prestigious award going to the President of Ukraine.

The conspirators in this major feat of disinformation appear to include Ruedi Giuliani’s Moscow firm, New Pravda, which first leaked the false news.  The speculation is that by putting the child environmental activist on Time’s cover, the Kremlin wanted to block Time’s publication and help President Trump in his effort to demean the Ukrainians.

Time Magazine has issued a public statement correcting the error and urging people to purchase a paper version of the magazine since Russia was not able to counterfeit the physical product of the printing presses.

News to me. Though in the past the Ukrainian President would more likely be on the cover than this years winner. The President of Ukraine has more gravitas and also has actual political power. I have not heard that the Swedes have tapped into their inner Viking and turned out their King and his family and made Greta their permanent Ice Queen.
