BU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, April 1, 2019) — Back in November 2017, “Salvator Mundi” at auction for $450.3 million to a mystery builder. Then, the painting disappeared. Agents working for TAN and FFNO, the news agencies of THE-Ave, have found the missing Leonardo!. Strangely the story ties in to the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.
We began our search at the The Louvre franchise in Abu Dhabi. This local version of the trademarked Paris museum, had promised to acquire “Salvator Mundi,”as its version of the “Mona Lisa.” The painting has been described as Leonardo’s religious version for the Mona Lisa. Iman Faisal ibn Harun el Rashid had gone further saying that the portrait showed the Quranic version of Jesus .. as a human prophet and predecessor of Muhammad.
There is a new rumor that MS may want to purchase of Caravaggio’s painting of Salome receiving the head of John the Baptist.
To make the mystery more salacious the authenticity of the painting has been questioned. There is a history of extensive retouching and, to many the Jesus of “Salvador Mundu” lacks the sense of mystery so important to his purported cousin the lady in the Mona Lisa. Who would, who could spend that much money for what might be a fraud? The answer, we can now show (see the photo) is Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
MBS, as he is called, seems a perfect purchaser. He has unlimited money, controversies of his own, and many reasons to want something like this as part of his rehabilitation after the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. Dianne Modestini, the conservator who had retouched the “Salvador Mundi” is also implicated. She has publicly denied knowledge of the disappearance. “It is tragic to deprive the art lovers and many others who were moved by this picture — a masterpiece of such rarity — is deeply unfair.” TA News learned that Modestini’s work on the Salvador painting has been paid for by the Prince/ There are also rumors she is doing a painting of MBS “in the style of Leonardo.”
A Renaissance painting of this Prince might be a great rebirth for his image. As de facto ruler of the Saudi kingdom he has ordered punishment of women sfor peaking out against Saudi sexist laws, imprisoned journalists, and killed hundreds of thousands in a dubious war against Yemen. His most serious blemish came when U.S. intelligence agencies concluded that MBS ordered the killing and dismemberment of of dissident Jamal Khashoggi, a Washington Post columnist who was ambushed and dismembered by Saudi agents in a consulate in Istanbul.
The painting would fit in well with Muhammad’s taste for pricey trophies, including $500 million for a yacht and $300 million for a château in France.
Our investigators began their work using documents obtained about MBS financial dealings with Presidential aid Jared Kushner. We learned that Mr. Kushner owns a chateau near to the one owned by the prince. Kishmer’s chateau is located in the same neighborhood as the one recently purchased by the prince. A search of air shipping spreadsheets showed that the painting was shipped to Kushner’s estate where it was received by Modestini’ Asked by TAN why she was involved, said she had been asked by an insurance company to examine the painting .
Modestini, denies knowing where the paining is saying, “the trail goes completely cold.” However, she will not deny that she is painting the prince’s portrait/
