“A security camera inside a San Francisco apartment building captured a computer programmer going up the stairs to his apartment, carrying a bottle of wine – before vanishing without a trace. There is no video evidence showing the man, 50-year-old Christopher Woitel, ever leaving his home. He last contacted his mother through social media a day after his final sighting on surveillance video, on January 8, and has not been heard from since. Woitel’s mother reported him missing on January 13. She says there has been no activity on his bank account or credit cards for the past month,” the Daily Mail reported on Monday, February 15, 2021 (read story here). Update (2/18/21): Woitel’s body was found in a crawl space above a bathroom ceiling accessible from the roof. Police found no evidence of foul play, but what he was doing in the crawl space is still a mystery. Read update here.
Woitel developed a time machine in hi apartment and has social distanced himself into the future. In a month he will be seen leaving his apartment with the exact beard and hair when he disappeared.
He just left the building in a body bag. It was searched multiple times, so why wasn’t he found until now? Is foul play involved?
