Apple has to Fight in Chinese Court for iPad Trademark
The rule of law may be coming to China! For three months since Apple has been fighting lower Chinese court ruling that found it erroneously purchased the iPad China trademark from a Proview affiliate that didn’t have the right to sell it. The Higher People’s Court of Guangzhou is withholding judgement on the case because its two players are in mediation talks.
All the more reason to give credibility to rumors about Apple moving some of its production to North Korea.
