Breaking News: Cuba + Oil = Good Communists?
The discovery of up to 20 billion barrels of oil in the waters off of Cuba’s coast, 100 kilometres from Florida, has made U.S. businessmen and politicians consider lifting the embargo. Repsol, the Spanish oil firm, will start drilling within months.
