This looks like a fiberglass production model of John Letcher’s Aleutka 25 (specs here), the original being built of wood and used to explore Alaska’s fjords. The twin-keeled boat had a very shallow draft, could be trailered, and rowed with oars. Interior accommodations were spartan but adequate for voyaging. The rig included twin foresails for downwind running in the trades.
