Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh lied under oath in their confirmation hearings. (See stories here and here). Can’t do anything about that now.
Adam Laxalt (photo, left), a GOP Senate nominee, says, “The people of Nevada have already voted to make abortion rights legal in our state and the Court’s decision on Roe doesn’t change settled law.”
If you live in Nevada, don’t vote for him. He’s lying. If he’s elected to the Senate, he’ll vote for a nationwide abortion ban.
You’ve got to stop this kind of thing at the ballot box. Once they’re elected, it’s too late. How many Republican liars does it take before you stop taking Republicans at their word?
We don’t care if Republicans lie, as long as they’re not in office. The solution to their constant lying is to defeat them at the ballot box. Then their lying doesn’t hurt anyone.
