Democrat T. J. Cox has taken the lead in CA-21, the last remaining undecided House race, and one which had been called for the GOP. A victory here would raise the Democratic House gains to 40 seats, the Democrats’ largest gain in House seats since the Watergate year of 1974, and would mean Democrats won all 7 of the GOP-held California House seats they targeted in the 2018 midterms.
