Bill Quick It’s sad that you’re so full of hate.
Frankly, if you mean the family conflict, I feel anger and hurt, not hate. I would still do anything I could to help my siblings, despite the huge damage they have done to my family.
Yes I have anger.
Bill Quick What I truly don’t understand is why you feel obliged to express your anger in a public forum.
As for Hugh , it seems possible that he has destroyed the materials. Have you seen them? Do you know if they even still exist? He could simply start by doing what he has been asked to do, sending the materials, if they still exist, to the New England Document Conservation Centrer where they would be preserved and digitized.
Have you seen them?
Bill Quick Let’s go back to a related subject: why are you refusing to return the WWII materials you have in your possession? Maybe they don’t exist. And where’s your inventory of those items?
We did that and sent it to you.Although, as far as we know, nothing we have is from the materials relevant to the agreement. we did offer to send all of that to you a long time ago . Our only exceptions were for our own family pictures and even there we fofered you digital copies. You refused unless we paid the costs of shipping and gave up all rights.
Bill Quick Ahhh, you don’t even know what your own lawsuit is about. Ask your attorney.
And he’s got a donor. The main thing stopping him is your lawsuit.
As for the action in the court, nothing there would block dnation.
I know what action is now before the court nothing in our suit in any way blocks donation.
Bill Quick He did tell the court. Didn’t your lawyer tell you?
Stephen Schwartz Stephen Schwartz Not in any record I have. Also, the hearing was almost entirely led by Janet Linn. This would see, to have been something that Mr Duggan would have had to say since he represents the estate.
