Nixon stated the EPA and passed some civil rights registration.
The republicans sent the message that no other republican will ever do that. They sent the message by impeaching Nixon.
What Nixon did is nothing compared to what Bush did, or Clinton when he went against the constitution and raided project housing in New York in hopes of finding hundreds of guns. As we know, that didn’t happen.
