Sighhhh. Bill keeps making these demands, as if his role in this was not a tropic for discussion. Dr. Quick even went so far as to publish a website, “Steve Shits,” where he claimed that my father’s pictures were forgeries … taken, presumably by my Dad, from the official photographs. Bill also harassed my employer, the University of Washington, claiming I was mentally ill. As for my brother Hugh, he has threatened to destroy the pictures and is currently in court resisting our request for a court order to have them transferred to a proper place for preservation and digitization. Hugh, along with Stephanie and Hugh’s wife Janet have also made claims that somehow my daughter and I have stolen things.
