SC felon kills brother in law, gets off using ‘stand your ground’ law

 Isaac Baughman, already convicted for other crimes and not supposed to own a gun, was given a free pass because the judge cited the “stand your ground” law.  As a felon,  despite the fact that he was was prohibited from having a gun due to his criminal history.

The killer’s wife said that  she was the victim of an abusive relationship with Baughman. and that her brother was killed after he to he  home to protect her from her husband.  “The next thing I know (my husband) is  walking toward the door … I see my brother go toward the porch and then I hear the gun go off,”

Commenting on the release of her husband, Brown said, “It scares me. It scares me for this community. Because now a multiple felon is on the streets, thinking I can get away with murder.”
