US running out of room to store oil; price collapse next?

So exactly why do we want to build the Keystone XL pipeline?

    Keystone XL is merely a way to get Canadian tar sands oil to the Gulf Coast for shipment abroad. It was always destined for export. Keystone XL does not, and never has had, anything to do with increasing U.S. oil supplies, reducing U.S. dependency on imports, or lowering gasoline prices in the U.S., nor will it create more than a few dozen jobs after it’s built.
