Reading Communist era double speak is still possible —- just go to the museum of Stalinism called the north Korean News Agency. There everyone 
admires Kim Jong Un and his grandfather’s Meche philosophy. South Korea is an occupied puppet state and Kim’s bombs and massed soldiery are agents of peace.
Does this sort of talk matter when the reality about North Korea is obvious to anyone? It does if the same rhetoric comes form China,

But when China set up the zone covering the Diaoyu Islands, Tokyo immediately announced it “unacceptable” and Abe even called China’s move “dangerous.” It is totally absurd and unreasonable.
