Romney on abortion: Romney said he’d support overturning (Roe v. Wade) but rejected use of Congress to get around the states on abortion: “That could create a constitutional crisis,” Romney told Professor George. “That’s something that I would not precipitate.” Romney did not distinguish between use of the 14th amendment and Article III, Section 2 and instead said he would appoint justices who “would follow the Constitution.”

Romney, asked about how he would address the healthcare mandate issue, claimed he hadn’t raised taxes in Massachusetts (not true) and claimed Obama had handled the mandate wrongly.

Romney on healthcare:  “I’d ask why didn’t you (BHO) give me a call and I’d have told you what to do right,” Romney added.

“It’s simply unconstitutional, it’s bad law and it’s bad medicine,” said Romney of the health care law passed by Congress.

Romney on  personal relationship with God and how it relates to his ability to cope in difficult situations.  “I go on my knees, I’m a person of faith and I look for inspiration.”

Michele Bachmann campaign manager Ed Rollins is stepping into an advisory role and deputy manager David Polyansky is leaving the campaign, Rollins said Monday.Rollins, who’s 68 and had a stroke a year and a half ago, cited health reasons for his decision.”I just don’t have the endurance to go 12 to 14 hours a day, seven days a week anymore,” Rollins told CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Monday.
