Louisiana Charges Move On with Violating The State’s Trademarks!
Louisiana Lt. Gov. Jay Dardenne sent a cease-and-desist letter to MoveOn, demanding that s billboard criticizing Gov. Bobby Jindal for not expanding Medicaid under Obamacare be dismantled. It is currently stationed alongside Interstate-10 near Baton Rouge.
Dardenne alleged that “Pick Your Passion” is an official tourism slogans it is registered as a trade service by the state.
The sign states: “LOU!SIANA Pick your passion! But hope you don’t love your health. Gov. Jindal’s denying Medicaid to 242,000 people.”
