It’s a 2001 to 2004 Volvo S60 sedan, black or dark colored, with dark-colored upholstery. It likely has Oregon or Washington plates, to be inconspicuous. Police and the FBI want to talk with whoever was driving it past ballot drop boxes that went up in flames in the wee hours last weekend.
