I haven’t been at a McDonalds drive-through in years, but I suppose workers sometimes fill orders incorrectly.
That’s apparently what happened at a McDonalds in Lakeland, Florida, prompting an argument between a worker and two customers.
It quickly escalated. The worker threw a drink at them. They reciprocated by throwing drinks at her. She then hurried outside with a gun and shot at their car as they were leaving. (Read story here.)
That’s what I call bad customer service. I wonder if she was fired before the cops carted her off to jail?
