Nearly every House Republican voted against Biden’s $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill (details here). That money is now flowing into projects across America, repairing bridges and roads, funding mass transit and highway safety projects, updating power grids, expanding broadband access.
Now, campaigning for re-election in 2024, some of these Republicans are taking credit for projects in their districts funded by Biden’s bill, while trying to hide from voters the fact they voted against the bill (see story here).
