In his first Washington D.C. speech since leaving office, he praised China’s justice system, demanded the death penalty for drug dealers, and said the federal government “should circumvent governors to use the National Guard to fight crime.”
He called for “stop-and-frisk policies,” reinstating police of immunity from lawsuits, and giving back police “their authority, resources, power, and prestige.” He wants to round up homeless people and put them in tent camps outside urban areas.
