A South Carolina man who strangled the woman he was living with suffered a fatal heart attack from the exertion of burying her body. Joseph McKinnon, 60, killed Patricia Dent, 65, in her home.
He dug a pit in the backyard to bury her, but dropped dead while filling in the hole. A neighbor saw his body and called the police. Read story here.
