Trumpers fill U.S. intelligence agencies’ classified internal messaging system with “racist, homophobic, transphobic, Islamophobic, and misogynistic” hate speech, a former director of that system says.
“Even more startling,” he said, “there were many employees at CIA, DIA, NSA, and other IC agencies that openly stated that the January 6th terrorist attack on our Capitol was justified,” according to Military.com.
An NSA contractor says it started “in 2016 after Trump’s election and is ongoing.” And not only didn’t anyone in his administration do anything about it, but there was a pronounced double standard.
That contractor says Trump’s followers were given license for “professional indiscretions, some serious,” while other employers were fired for minor infractions. “We literally had folks get their clearances burned for time card discrepancies,” he said, “while pro-MAGA types might have multiple DUIs, foreign contacts, and (in one case) vehicular homicide. They were kept working while others were let go.”
The ex-director not only couldn’t do anything about it, but was himself fired on a pretext after bringing it up to superiors. Read story here.
