Publicity-seeking L.A. beautician Gina Bisignano (photo, left; profile, homophobic slurs and all, here), who calls her personal savior “Trumpy Bear,” used a bullhorn during the Capitol rioter to exhort her fellow rioters to attack the police and “break windows.”
Like many Jan. 6 rioters, Bisignano agreed to cooperate with authorities, apologized to a judge for invading the Capitol, and signed a plea deal under which “could receive credit at sentencing for demonstrating acceptance of responsibility,” NBC News reported on Friday, February 11, 2022 (read story here).
She lied to the judge. She isn’t a bit sorry for what she did, only for getting caught.
“[I]n a recording of a recent voice chat she had with supporters of Jan. 6 defendants, obtained by NBC News, Bisignano … suggested that the apology she gave to a judge during her guilty plea wasn’t exactly full-hearted,” NBC News says.
Instead, she told listeners on the call that the mob was driven by “very righteous anger,” and also encouraged another defendant to “not take a plea deal” (easy for her to say; she doesn’t have to do his time).
Bisignano said she took a plea deal “because I was so weak when I signed it,” and said, “If I could do it again, I wouldn’t.”
Well, that’s easy enough. Let her withdraw her plea deal. Enter her recent statements into evidence at her trial, along with the selfies she took of herself rioting. Then let the chips fall where they may.
