Portland, Oregon, has one of America’s most violent police departments. This image, discovered by a city employee, was part of a PowerPoint training presentation. Police are supposed to be apolitical public servants; if they’re going to beat up protesters, they should beat them up equally, regardless of ideology or political affiliation.
