A California man, identified as Brian Hsu, 20, arrested for allegedly punching a flight attendant and breaking her nose during an in-flight scuffle told the FBI agent who interviewed him “the Victim charged at him and hit her nose against the palm of his right hand.”
The victim told the agent he hit her with his fist.
Hsu said he recently had brain surgery, and was protecting his head to save himself from “injury or death.” He claimed he couldn’t make a fist because he recently injured his hand playing football.
