Detroit Tigers player Miguel Cabrera joined the 500 career homer list on Sunday, August 22, 2021, the 28th player to do so.
Amazingly, 86 years after hitting his last major league home run, Babe Ruth (photo, left) still ranks #3 on the all-time list, one of only 3 players to hit more than 700 homers in a major league career.
