If Republicans do some kind of masked don’t matter movement and all refuse to wear masks and force Nancy to do fines and then sue what will the court do in light of privilege. Republicans doing protest bringing in the ghosts of Martin Luther King and freedom riders. Ought to be a hoot. Might be enough of a hoot to stop other business, but if the Speakers priority is masks rather than infrastructure ect. then cool. Ought to be fun.
The courts will rule they have no jurisdiction over the House’s enforcement of its rules. Are you comparing anti-maskers to MLK and freedom riders? Seriously?
