Many communities are plagued with them.
For example, in Washington, D.C., on Monday, 3, 2021, “A police officer has been fired and three others could face charges and termination after they were allegedly caught on body-camera footage drag racing and crashing two squad cars on a narrow residential street,” ABC News reported, adding the police chief has called the incident “embarrassing.”
The video shows two cops in a parked cruiser abruptly speed off, another police cruiser comes alongside, swerves into the first cruiser, and the vehicles collide. “All four officers suffered minor injuries and were treated at a hospital,” ABC‘s story says (read it here). The cars? Both were totaled. So are their jobs.
