    Texting while driving. Driving while being oblivious to traffic rules is really offensive to the safety of everyone else on the road. She doesn’t really want to acknowledge or understand her moral obligations when getting behind the wheel of a car, or that she’s endangering others by her lack of awareness. Hope her insurance company sees this and raises her insurance premiums for driving with no regard for safety. That cop is a hero, he handled that dumb female with more patience than she deserved.
