Georgia’s U.S. senators, angry about failing to win re-election and having to face January runoff elections, and because Biden won the state, unloaded on the secretary of state — also a Republican — on Monday, insinuating he ran a dishonest election.
But Brad Raffensperger (left) isn’t having it. “Earlier today Senators Loeffler and Perdue called for my resignation. Let me start by saying that is not going to happen,” he said. “The voters of Georgia hired me, and the voters will be the one to fire me.” After all, it’s not his fault if voters don’t like them or Trump.
