(Spoiler alert: The bank wins.) Watching this video, keep in mind this woman (a) is a failed actress, and (b) staged this confrontation. The incident is real, though, and she’s no longer a customer at Wells Fargo Bank. Reason? She deliberately violated the bank’s policy against filming inside its branches. Oops. (Read story here.)
She also doesn’t have a freakin’ clue about Black Lives Matter (hint: black people aren’t game animals placed on earth for the amusement of white police officers), but that’s her freakin’ privilege; in America, people have a constitutional right to be stupid, ignorant, and racist. But nothing in the First Amendment says Wells Fargo Bank has to accept this idiot as a customer. Nor does anything in the Constitution preclude me from calling her an idiot, although I don’t really have to, because her performance in the video speaks for itself.
