Literally. And that means Nov. 3 votes to represent Minnesota’s 2nd district in Congress won’t be counted. Instead the election will be a dry run for a special election to be held on Feb. 9, 2021. The district encompasses the southern part of Twin Cities, and is considered Republican leaning, but flipped blue in 2018. Read story here.
