The rules of the US post office will not allow the likeness of a living president on any postage stamp.
Yes it is a perk of being President of getting your likeness on at least a postage stamp, only you have to die for it to happen.
Trump will make an exception for himself. He doesn’t follow any other rules, so why would he adhere to this one? But he’ll probably insist on a different stamp design than the ones shown here.
