Pacific NW’s oldest apple tree dies

The Old Apple Tree in Vancouver, Washington, planted by fur traders in 1826 and believed to be the Pacific Northwest’s first apple tree, had been sick for years and finally breathed its last. Read story here.

    Really old for an apple tree though.
