This law of the Torah should be measured against the events at the University of VA.  Apparently a woman there was raped but blamed it on the wrong folks.  Biology (MY responsibility) does not always agree with taboos and laws YOU make.

Seems clear that I (aka evolution) designed male primates to fuck female primates and female primates  to entice males http://handbill.us/?p=1742.   Male monkeys regulated all this by creating harems and fighting of the other males.

Then came the rules YOU made.

Even the earliest of YOUR civilizations created rules to regulate sexual behavior.  The rules for men seem to be “do not fuck a woman unless she agrees or is a slave.”  This was stated rather well by Mitt Romney.

One exception seems to be the advanced thinking in African countries.  In Zimbabwe where women can be punished for raping men  and in Swaziland women can be punished for wearing rape-provoking’ miniskirts and crop tops .

Oddly women in Jewish and Christian cultures do not have similar rules.  Presumably because their function in the primate mating dance is to entice and (civilized) men can decide not to be enticed, the rules for human female primates seem to be focused on “do not entice” or “resist.”   Paul Ryan even believes women who are raped should be forced to give birth .  Alabama went one step further and has criminalized miscarriages .

Maybe the Muslims have the right idea?   So, while I will not take the blame for stoning anyone for fucking or being fucked, it sees to me that YOU need better rules.
