Korea Moves Ahead Without the Donald

South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un got together for a very friendly meeting aimed at staving off a return to U.S.-led pressure and sanctions against Pyongyang, threatened by Trump.

Mr. Moon said he was “perplexed” by Mr. Trump’s cancellation of the Singapore meeting.

Moon, Xi and Kim are emerging as the heroes, trying to rein in America’s bizarre leader. One expert described the situation:”Why do we need the U.S. doing anything if Trump is going to oscillate between ‘fire and fury’ and sharing a hamburger with Kim? Maybe we should move things forward by ourselves.”
