The Elway poll l of Washington’s 5th Congressional District suggests that longtime Republican incumbent Cathy McMorris Rodgers could lose to her very popular Democratic opponent, Lisa Brown. In a District usually seen as overwhelmingly Republican, Rodgers has a 44 percent to 38 percent lead over Democrat Lisa Brown, with 16 percent undecided. Trump, with his bizarre behaviour does not help Rogers who has been a very strong Trumpette. Brown, on the other hand has a very visible role as the Chancellor of WSU who brought that school a Medical School . In a part of the state where rivalry with Seattle is the norm, Brown is as great hero.
