Like post Stalin Russia, ruled by a troika of apparatchniks, Trump’s government seem to be moving to rule by a committee of bankers, corporate execs and especially generals. Again, like the troika, the Trump clique will need a first among equals. The Washington post suggests that Gary Cohn could be Trump’s Kruschev.
