Mor Stern was a Buchenwald boy in Kinderblock 66 who went with the boys to France after liberation and came to Detroit.
Brad Isakson, his grandson, today graduates from Michigan State University with double majors in IR and History, and a minor in Jewish Studies. He has studied in Israel, been a Grinspoon Morningstar Fellow, worked in the Michigan State legislature, interned in Jewish Studies, won a History Award, and, above all, honored the memory of his grandfather.
Proud of him!!!
