95-Year-Old Sobibor Concentration Camp Survivor Dies
As the camps receded into the memory of memories and no one survives, my Dad’s heritage will be destroyed.
The latest event is yet another confrontation in court where, rather than addressing my request for the urgent transfer of the materials to the New England Document Conservation Center where they would be conserved, the court has wasted yet another session listening to Janet Linn, my sister-in-law, argue that my children should be named as defendants.
This is bizarre. My kids have no claims to these materials and have written to the court that they make no such claims. Worse, my daughter tried to appear by telephone but the court claims to have lost her request … sent by email and FEDEX.
I went through the same thing in December with this court. I was told I could appear by phone but the court said, when my attorney arrived, that he should use his cell phone. I sat here, listening to an occasional sound byte with no idea of what was transpiring.
Meantime, my brother-in-law is carrying out a campaign on FACEBOOK to demean me and disparage my Dad’s history.
