“Anita Datar serves as a founding Board Member of Tulalens. She is a Senior Technical Advisor at Futures Group and offers ten years of experience in HIV policy and expertise in health information systems, geographic information systems, and health systems strengthening in sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Carribean. She earned her MPH and MPA from Columbia University’s Joseph Mailman School of Public Health and School of International and Public Affairs respectively. She is also a returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Senegal (1997 – 1999).” (Source)

Anita Datar, 41, a public health worker serving in Africa, is the only American killed in the terrorist attack at the Raddisson Blu Hotel in Mali on Friday, November 20, 2015.
