Bobby Jindal, saying this isn’t his time, has dropped out of the GOP nomination race. (The PC terminology is that he “suspended his campaign.” Off what, a bridge? a radio tower? Is his campaign a pinata?) That’s an understatement; he never broke 1% in the polls, and never made it off the junior debate stage. “Bobby, we hardly knew ye!”
