Bill is an engineer. Engineers build things ysng knowledge gianed form science. I am a scientists but we, scientist that is, are not magicians or priests. No matter how much money we spend, we are limited by reality.
It is possible that more money will produce more energy. There may be amazing new insights form physics, chemistry or even biology. But …. sacrificng to our God by spending money is religion. God may not answer.
