I did a mini sabbatical with Mary Collins, who is shown in this photo with her husband, Nobel Prize winner Tim Hunt. He was forced to resign from an honorary university post after he allegedly made sexist comments during a talk in Korea. This article shows that in fact he was joking and made self-deprecating comments about his sexism in the speech. A recent op ed in Nature from one of his former women students describes how supportive he was of her. I hope he gets reinstated to his post. He is one of the great scientists of the 20th century.
