Ryan Flanagan, one of three Pasco cops under investigation for the Feb. 10 shooting of Antonio Zambrano-Montes, which sparked demonstrations and demands for criminal prosecution of the officers, has left the police force to work in construction. Flanagan, along with Officers Adam Wright and Adrian Alaniz, has been on paid leave.
